True Therapy provides mobile, outpatient Occupational and Physical Therapy in the Denver metro area. Our licensed therapists deliver therapy in the home to help them regain independence, achieve their goals in a convenient, no hassle, comfortable setting. We find clients are more at ease, have reduced anxiety, and achieve an improved overall quality of life when they are able to receive their services in their home.
We come to you! True Therapy will travel to you or your loved one’s residence to complete assessments, develop a customized care plan, and provide treatment and interventions specific to your needs and goals.
True Therapy has Certified Dementia Practitioners both Occupation and Physical Therapists on staff to provide extensive training and education on the dementia process. We are excited to offer a specialized program called Skills2Care® . This program is designed to help caregivers manage the day to day challenges of caring for someone living with dementia, while providing the best possible care.
